Prices are as displayed on machines, kiosks, signage, and/or our website (as applicable). Payment methods available will be those offered in-store.
Where permitted, we may charge a card payment surcharge/merchant fee reflecting the reasonable cost of acceptance of that payment method.
5. Machine faults, interruptions and refunds
If a machine faults, stops, or fails to complete a cycle, you should follow the refund/support instructions displayed in-store (if any) or contact us using the contact details displayed at the Laundromat.
Any refund or credit we provide will be determined acting reasonably having regard to:
- the nature of the fault or interruption;
- whether the issue was within our control; and
- evidence reasonably required (for example machine number, time of use, and payment reference).
6. Personal Property, unattended items and uncollected laundry
You are responsible for your Personal Property at all times.
You should not leave Personal Property unattended. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Personal Property left unattended.
If you leave items behind, we may (but are not obliged to) remove them from machines or common areas to allow safe operation of the Laundromat.
Uncollected items will be handled in accordance with any lost property process displayed in-store (if any). If no process is displayed, you should contact us promptly to enquire about lost items.
7. Small Business Loyalty Program (commercial loyalty with credit)
7.1 How the program works (summary)
The Small Business Loyalty Program operates as follows:
- you contact us to request a Small Business Loyalty card;
- credit is provided on your loyalty card once issued, allowing you to use it at our machines;
- you may swipe the loyalty card at participating machines for usage during a month;
- early the following month, we will email you a report of your card activity and issue an invoice with your pre-arranged discount applied.
7.2 Eligibility and account set-up
Participation is subject to our approval. We may require information to verify your identity and business details and to assess whether to provide credit.
You must ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
7.3 Credit limit and use
We may set a credit limit for your loyalty card/account. You must not use the card beyond any credit limit or contrary to any instructions we provide.
We may suspend, reduce, or withdraw credit availability at any time if we reasonably believe there is a risk of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
7.4 Invoicing and payment
We will provide an activity report and invoice early in the month following the month of usage.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue.
If you dispute an invoice, you must notify us promptly with reasons and supporting information. You must pay any undisputed portion by the due date.
7.5 Overdue amounts
If you do not pay an invoice by the due date (except to the extent reasonably disputed), we may (acting reasonably):
- suspend or cancel use of the loyalty card and/or the credit facility until all outstanding amounts are paid; and/or
- take reasonable steps to recover amounts owing (including engaging debt recovery services).
7.6 Lost or stolen cards; misuse
You must notify us as soon as possible if a loyalty card is lost or stolen. Until you notify us, you remain responsible for usage on the card.
We may cancel or suspend a card or membership if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
7.7 Program changes
Points/rewards (if any), discounts, offers and promotions are subject to availability.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Small Business Loyalty Program (or any aspect of it) from time to time, acting reasonably. If changes materially disadvantage you, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.
8. Privacy
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the ACL or other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the ACL:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss; and
- our liability in connection with the Services is limited to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of having the Services supplied again, to the extent permitted by section 64A of the ACL.
